Workout Plan!

I’m a big fan of Kanye West’s Workout Plan song. I think it’s hilarious and was on high rotation when I used to go to the gym alot.

Here are a few workouts that you can do at home with the music blasting!

Butt, Thighs and Arms!

15 Squats on your toes
15 Push Ups
30 second Wall Squat (or wall sit as they are also known by)
30 second Plank and repeat
Repeat x 3

The 6ers!

Warm Up!
Star Jumps x 1 minute
Running on the Spot x 1 minute
Burpies x 1 minute

6 Push Ups
6 Squats
6 Tricep Dips
6 Sit ups
Repeat x 6

If you’re not sure what any of these things are, please Google or YouTube as there are many videos and articles about each of these exercises.
